Full Academic Accreditation for the MBBS Program
The Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) Program offered by the College of Medicine, King Khalid University has received the Full Programmatic Academic Accreditation (for seven years : September 2019 - August 2026) from the Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), represented by the National Center of Academic Accreditation & evaluation (ETEC). His Excellency the Dean of the College of Medicine Professor Sulaiman Al-Humayed congratulated the Rector of the University, His Excellency Professor Falleh Al Solamy. He added that this achievement would not have been accomplished without the help of Almighty Allah and then by the determined efforts of colleagues in the College’s Academic Development, Quality and Accreditation team, the constructive cooperation of all faculty members, and the continued support of His Excellency the Rector of the University and His different Vice Rectorates and Directorates. He also stressed that this accreditation is a continuation of the pioneering role of the College of Medicine in medical education enhancement and its long history in advancing the level of the health services in the Kingdom.
