نبذة عن القسم

نظرة عامة على القسم:

بدأ قسم النساء والولادة مع نشأة كلية الطب عام 1980 م 1400 هـ. منذ بدايته، يقوم القسم بتدريس علم النساء و الولادة لطلاب وطالبات الطب.

 رؤية القسم:

أن نصبح مركزًا متميزًا في نشر مفاهيم علم النساء والولادة من خلال التدريس والبحث العلمي

مهمة القسم:

 نشر المعرفة حول علم النساء والولادة وإجراء البحوث العلمية في المجالات ذات الصلة وفقًا للرسالة العامة لكلية الطب وجامعة الملك خالد.

الأهداف:

1- تعليم طلاب الطب أساسيات علم النساء والولادة مع التركيز على كيفية تطبيقها في الحياة العملية.

2- تزويد الطلاب بالخبرات السريرية والعملية من خلال الدراسة العملية في معامل المهارات السريرية والتطبيق العملي في المستشفيات.

3- دعم الأنشطة البحثية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والدولي.

4- نشر نتائج البحوث والمشاركة في المؤتمرات العلمية.
